PURPOSE: To freely change the direction of a car body even at traveling time and stopping time, and enable travel in all directions by holding levers and a column by sliding spherical surface bearings in a disk so as to be freely movable in the horizontal direction.

CONSTITUTION: An output shaft is rotated by transmitting torque of motive power 6 to the whole disk 3 through chains 14 and 15 and sprockets 10, 11, 12 and 13. Wheels 8 having a caster having a wheel on the side are installed on the disk 3. A ring whose inside surface contacts with the wheel is installed on the disk 3. The disk 3 is installed on a chassis 2 so that levers 4 and 5 and a column 22 can be freely moved by spherical surface bearings 18, 19, 20, 21, 27 and 28. Cam-followers attached to the side of the wheels 8 are installed so as to enter a groove of the ring having a groove. A disk 7 is formed as a sprocket, and an output shaft of the motive power 6 is put out under the chassis 2, and is rotated by directly driving the disk 7 by the chains.
