To provide a caulking/fixing device that can prevent spring-back of a first member with a caulking pawl projected and of a second member on which a locking part is arranged for locking the caulking pawl regardless of variations of caulking positions, etc. which are highly reliably caulked and fixed.
There is provided the caulking/fixing device in which the first member 2 with the caulking pawl 21 projected and the second member 3 on which the locking part 31 is arranged for locking the caulking pawl are mutually fixed by caulking the caulking pawl on the locking part. Recesses 22 for helping plastic deformation when caulking the caulking pawl are arranged in a plurality of rows along a line to be bent on at least one of an opposite surface and a counter opposite surface of the locking part of the caulking pawl.
