Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording/reproducing device that efficiently edits video in cooperation with a video editing server.SOLUTION: It is determined whether to execute combination editing in a recording/reproducing device or on a video editing server, and a combination editing command, identification information, and video data around a combination part of each video are transmitted to the video editing server in accordance with the determination result. Then, the video data around the combination part combined by the video editing server is received and inserted into video data in the recording/reproducing device on the basis of the identification information to generate combined video data.
