Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking/unlocking device which can facilitate locking/unlocking of a toilet room.SOLUTION: Locking/unlocking of a door 4 which manually opens/closes a doorway 3 of a toilet room 2 installed in a railway vehicle 1 is electrically performed by an electric lock 16. Locking of the electric lock 16 is instructed by an outdoor unlocking switch 7 installed outside of the toilet room 2 being operated, and locking/unlocking of the electric lock 16 is instructed by an indoor locking switch 12 and an indoor unlocking switch 11 installed inside the toilet room 2 being operated. As locking/unlocking can be performed by the operation of the outdoor unlocking switch 7, the indoor locking switch 12 and the indoor unlocking switch 11, locking/unlocking of the toilet room 2 can be facilitated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
