Abstract:
To provide a device which is equipped with an actuator, and can simply and properly determine whether or not abnormality occurs in the actuator.SOLUTION: A device is equipped with an actuator which includes a cylinder supplied with a fluid and a piston rod inserted in the cylinder, and in which the piston rod is moved between a first position and a second position by the fluid supplied to the cylinder, and a determination unit 56 which determines whether or not abnormality occurs in the actuator. The determination unit includes a measuring portion 56a measuring time required when the piston rod is moved from the first position to the second position, a reference value storage portion 56c storing a reference value of time, and a determining portion 56b which compares the time measured by the measuring portion with the reference value stored in the reference value storage portion, and determines that abnormality occurs in the actuator when the time measured by the measuring portion is out of the range of the time regulated by the reference value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
