Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a compressing/ciphering device capable of processing a file to be processed by a comparatively compact device without restricting the data volume of the file in respect to data compression/ciphering.
CONSTITUTION: A processing part 3 executes input processing for reading out data from a storage medium set up in an I/O part 1, compressing the read data by compression processing and writing the compressed data in a buffer part 2 and output processing for generating cipher sentence data by ciphering the data written in the buffer part 2 and writing the cipher sentence data in the storage medium set up in the I/O part 1. The input processing successively sets up storate media in the I/O part 1 and continuously executes the whole data of each storage medium during the period that storage capacity to be processed is left, and each end of the continuation of the input processing, the output processing is executed to repeat the input processing and output processing. After ending the repeated processing, all the data left in the buffer part 2 are rewritten by the data of specific contents.
