To prevent a handle from beind damaged on opening or closing a door even when the handle protruded from the front face is provided by installing spacers in a groove of a lower rail and forming upward projections regulating the fully opening position of sliding doors in the spacer.
When a front side sliding door 20 is opened, the left end part thereof contacts the upward projection 16 of a spacer 14 to regulate the fully opening position. At the full opening, a small gap is formed between the left end part of the door 20 and the handle of the door 21. When the door 21 is opened, the right end part contacts the upward projection 17 of a spacer 15 to regulate the funny opening position or the door 21. At the full opening, a small gap is also formed between the handle 23 of the door 21 and the left end part of the door 20. Accordingly, when the doors 20, 21 are opened along rails 11, the doors contact the upward projections 16, 17 to regulate the fully opening positions. In this time, the left end part of the door 20 can be securely prevented from colliding with the handle 23 of the door 21. In this way, the handle of the rear side sliding door can be securely prevented from being damaged when these sliding doors are opened or closed.
