Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dew condensation prevention valve which prevents dew condensation in an air pressure system while efficiently utilizing air in a pipeline.SOLUTION: A dew condensation prevention valve 30a is applied for an air pressure system 10 having an air pressure actuator provided with a pressure chamber to which compressed air is supplied. A valve housing 31 has an air inflow port 33 which is opened to pressure chambers 17a, 17b and an air discharge port 34. An opening and closing valve assembly 36 is moved to an advance limit shielding position and a retreat limit shielding position on which communications with the air inflow port 33 and the air discharge port 34 are shielded respectively. In the way on which the opening and closing valve assembly 36 is moved between the advance limit shielding position and the retreat limit shielding position, the air inflow port 33 and the air discharge port 34 are communicated and a part of air in the pressure chambers 17a, 17b and a pipeline is discharged to an external part.
