To provide a dew condensation sensor improving work efficiency without deteriorating detection accuracy of a dew condensation detecting element, and to provide a heat pump system capable of positively preventing dew condensation of an external evaporator by using it.
Since by bonding the dew condensation detecting element 13 on a surface of a metal holder 12 by a thermally conductive adhesive, arranging a protective cover 14 having a plurality of small diameter ventilation holes 16 so as to cover a peripheral space of the dew condensation detecting element 13, and bonding it integrally with the holder 12, mechanical contact and exposure to dust or the like of the dew condensation detecting element 13 can be prevented, the dew condensation detecting element 13 can be removed along with the protective cover 14 in replacement or repair of the heat pump unit, and direct touching of the dew condensation detecting element 13 by a worker can be prevented, in the dew condensation sensor, work efficiency is favorable, and dew condensation can be positively detected even when it is used for a long period of time.
