A belt conveyer 1 has double-belt structure wherein a water permeable belt 2 circulates along an inner periphery and a water permeable sheet 3 circulates along an outer periphery. An attached matter removing mechanism 101 is disposed on the outer periphery of the circulation route of the water permeable sheet in the return side of the water permeable sheet 3. The attached matter removing mechanism 101 includes a hollow body 102, an ejecting pipe 103 disposed in the hollow body, a suction pump 105 for attached matter removal connected to an inner space 106 of the hollow body in a communicated manner, and a water tank 108 connected to the ejecting pipe 103 in a communicated manner. A slit 109 facing the surface of the water permeable sheet 3 is formed in the hollow body 102, and a plurality of ejection holes 110 are formed toward the slit 109 along the member axis direction. The attached matter removing mechanism 101 is disposed in such a manner that a slit opening edge of the hollow body 102 is slidable on the surface of water permeable sheet 3.
