The plurality of nozzles comprises turning nozzles 22, 25, 26 whose air jetting port turns with reaction of jetting air, and stationary nozzles 23, 27, 28 whose air jetting port is fixed, wherein the turning nozzles and the stationary nozzles are aligned in a conveyance direction of a conveyance band.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
