Abstract:
It is intended to provide a diagnostic method and a diagnostic device for a hydraulic machine, whereby abnormality of the hydraulic machine can be diagnosed by a simple structure. It includes a vibration detection step of detecting vibration of a hydraulic machine (12, 14) while at least one of a high pressure valve (86) or the low pressure valve (88) is controlled so that F d does not coincide with N/m where F d is a ratio of the number of working chambers (83) in an active state to the total number of working chambers, m is the number of piston groups that are different in reciprocal motion phases of pistons (82), and N is an integer not smaller than 1, and an abnormality diagnosis step of diagnosing abnormality of the hydraulic machine based on a detection result of the vibration obtained in the vibration detection step.
