Abstract:

To quickly diagnose insulation deterioration state of a rotating machine by systematically administrating concerning information on the rotating machine.

The diagnosis system of insulation deterioration of rotating machine comprises a means 1 for entering measured data of a plurality of measurement items necessary for diagnosing insulation deterioration of the rotating machine, an information administration processing means 12 for hierarchically administrating concerning information of each rotating machine and storing and administering the measured data of each input measurement item including the measured year, month and day at the bottom layer of the concerning information of the rotating machine, an information selection means 13 for accepting selection direction concerning the specific rotating machine among the concerning information of each administrated rotating machine and selecting the measured data of each measuring item necessary for diagnosing the rotating machine having accepted the selection direction, and a diagnosis processing means 14 for determining based on the measured data values of each selected measurement item, which of 5 step decision values the measured data belongs, for example, and furthermore which of 5 step integral evaluation the total value of the decision values of whole measurement items belongs, adding an evaluation comment and diagnosis interval and outputting the diagnosis results.
