Abstract:
To provide a diagnostic device and a diagnostic method for a powder processing system, and a computer program.SOLUTION: A diagnostic device for a powder processing system includes: an acquisition part for acquiring measurement data containing a flow rate of a fluid flowing in a powder processing system; an estimation part for estimating supply speed of a powder raw material, a power value of a pulverization rotor obtained from the powder processing system, pressure inside the powder processing system, or a particle size distribution of powder, on the basis of the measurement data acquired by the acquisition part, by using a learning model configured so that a calculation result is output regarding the supply speed of the powder raw material, the power value of the pulverization rotor, the pressure inside the powder processing system, or the particle size distribution of the powder, in accordance with input of the measurement data; a diagnosis part for diagnosing a deterioration degree of the pulverization rotor or a classification rotor, on the basis of an estimation result of the estimation part; and an output part for outputting a diagnosis result according to the diagnosis part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
