Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge even a failure mode that a sensor signal hunts.
SOLUTION: A controlled variable to be given to an actuator 51 for engine control is computed by a computing means 53 so that a control target value in correspondence with a driving condition of an engine and an actual control value detected by a sensor 52 match with each other, and this actuator controlled variable is output to the actuator by an output means 54. In this case, a failure judgement value against output of the sensor 52 is set by a setting means 55, and in the case when the output of the sensor 52 crosses this failure judgement value specified number of times within a specified period of time, it is judged as hunting failure by a judgement means 56.
