To provide a technique capable of diagnosing the degree of deterioration of an AC motor.SOLUTION: A control circuit 70 of a power conversion device 100 according to an embodiment includes: a diagnostic information acquisition unit 701 that acquires information about an electrical physical quantity representing a driving state of an electrical motor EM; a feature quantity acquisition unit 704 that acquires a feature quantity related to temporal changes due to harmonic components of the electrical physical quantity representing the driving state of the electrical motor EM; and a diagnostic unit 706 that diagnoses degree of deterioration of the electrical motor EM based on the feature quantity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
