Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic system having elongation detection means which can strictly detect a fine partial extension of a chain.SOLUTION: A conveyance device is provided, having elongation detection means 20 for a chain 21 in which many links 22 are each connected together at a constant pitch by a roller 23. The elongation detection means 20 has two sensors 25, 26 which are located at an interval of a length of an integral multiplication of the pitch along a direction of movement of the chain 21, and output a detection signal at every time of passage of the roller 23. Further, the conveyance device has an elongation judgement part 27 which captures rising timing of the detection signal of the sensors 25, 26, compares a magnitude of a deviation of this rising timing with a threshold, and judges elongation of the chain 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
