To provide an image diagnostic apparatus, capable of providing a recorded image including information concerning operation by an operator or a patient, and action timing.

The image diagnostic apparatus includes an imaging means to image an inner part of an examination object, an image processing means to form an image signal from the image provided by the imaging means, and a recording means (recording part 30) to record the image signal. The recording means includes a non-image information recording means to record non-image information concerning action and operation of the operator to operate the imaging means and the examination object during imaging. Using the non-image information recorded by the non-image information recording means and the image signal, a moving image file is created and displayed.
