Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic method and a diagnostic system for simply, easily, quickly and inexpensively diagnosing safety and soundness of a structure as a natural object or an artificial object.
SOLUTION: A jogging observation of the structure 91 is implemented, and a target time history is calculated from an observed time history. Energy transmission factor (RMS ratio) is calculated (steps 1007-1009). The safety and the soundness are diagnosed by comparing an energy transmission factor (RMS ratio) expected to the structure 91 with the energy transmission (RMS ratio) calculated from the jogging observation or mutual comparison of the energy transmission factors (steps 1011, 1014).
