A neural network comprising a three-layer network having an input layer, at least one intermediate layer, and an output layer learns a possibility of an onset of the lifestyle related disease by a learning pattern consisting of at least six items, an age, a physique index (BMI), a diastolic blood pressure (DBP), HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and HOMA-IR, and predicts whether or not there is a possibility of the onset of the lifestyle related disease several years later based on medical examination data acquired from a health check and the like.
