Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic system for a hydraulic machine, which is capable of accurately diagnosing abnormality of the hydraulic machine.SOLUTION: The diagnostic system for a hydraulic machine which comprises a revolving shaft, a cylinder, a piston forming an operating chamber together with the cylinder, and a high pressure valve and a low pressure valve provided for the operating chamber and is configured to perform conversion between rotational movement of the revolving shaft and reciprocating movement of the piston comprises a pressure sensor for detecting a pressure in the operating chamber and a first abnormality determination unit for determining abnormality of the hydraulic machine on the basis of the detection result of the pressure sensor. The high pressure valve and the low pressure valve are configured so that valve bodies are movable between normal positions at the time of non-supply of an excitation current and excitation positions at the time of supply of the excitation current by supply control of the excitation current, and the first abnormality determination unit is configured so as to determine abnormality of the hydraulic machine on the basis of the detection result of the pressure sensor at the time of non-supply of the excitation current to the high pressure valve or the low pressure valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
