To provide a diagnostic system which easily acquires information on a formula corresponding to a diagnosys result without imposing burdens on a user receiving a diagnosis.
The diagnostic system 1A is equipped with a user's terminal 2 with a photographing lens 21, a computer 3A of a diagnosis supporting company, and a computer 4 of a distributor or a service company. If the computer 3A receives images of a tongue photographed and transmitted by a user through the terminal 2, the computer 3A diagnoses from the image, and transmits a diagnosys result to the computer 4. Then, the computer 4 prescribes from the received diagnosys result and transmits information on articles related to the formula and advertisements of the service to the computer 3A. The computer 3A transmits the diagnosys result and the information on the formula and the advertisement to the terminal 2. Consequently, the information on the formula corresponding to the diagnosys result is easily acquired without imposing burdens on the user receiving a diagnosis.
