Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely diagnoze the degree of aging and the aging resistance of timbers or the like of a timber house.
SOLUTION: A vis 2 is screwed in a timber 1 by a specified length. A ram chair 4 is disposed in upright on the timber 1, via a caul 3. The vis 2 is connected with a ram 5 via a joint 6. Oil hydraulics is supplied to the ram 5 from an oil-hydraulic pump 7, and applies a force in the drawing direction to the vis 2. When the vis 2 is not pulled out by a specified pulling force, the timber 1 is diagnozed to be acceptable. When the vis 2 is pulled out by a force smaller than the specified pulling force, the timber is diagnozed to be unacceptable.
