To solve the problem that a conventional baby holding string cannot be compactly folded due to a back rest or a decorative belt and provide a baby holding string keeping the baby warm, preventing the same from falling, easy to carry and having cushioning properties and convenience by enabling a bag-shaped cloth for housing to be put on or removed.

In the holding string, a cloth is cross-stitched with twisted threads, having the cushioning properties by a piece of cotton being packed. Side parts of the cloth stretching out are folded in a bellow-shaped state from both the sides from the outside to the inside by a specified width of the cloth respectively. A main body side part 2 and a detachable other cloth 3 keep the baby warm and prevent the same from falling.
