Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the provision of a power reduction amount (power consumption) obtained by taking the convenience (boarding use rate, seat-load time, and in-vehicle waiting time) of passengers in each train into consideration in a railroad system.SOLUTION: To create a diagram changing plan, in the case that diagram information including the time and the number of cars of a train in a target route, and passenger number information indicating the number of passengers in an operation section of the train are acquired to change a diagram of the diagram information, the boarding rate of the train is calculated. When the diagram of the diagram information is changed, electric energy is calculated.
