To provide a dial lock used as a bag lock, easily operated, and clearly indicating figures.

The attached drawing shows an example of a bag lock provided with a dial lock with an operating ring of the invention as a center lock 2. In the drawing, the reference numeral 1 designates a handle, and 3 designates right and left side locks, in which a key 4 is used. The reference numeral 21 is a dial, the outer peripheral surface of which is provided with figures for passwords, 22 is the operating ring having a larger diameter than the dial 21, which is integrated with the dial, 51 is a window from which the figures of the dial are seen, and 52 is a hole to which the operating ring is exposed. Thus, the operating ring is attached, so that in the window 51 from which the figures can be seen, it will be sufficient for the window that one figure is seen, whereby the indication of the figure can be made clear. The dial is not directly operated, so that there is no risk that the outer peripheral surface is contaminated and the figures disappear due to abrasion.
