PURPOSE: To visually read the current time and a time difference by setting a dial rotating once in 12 hours and a dial rotating once in 60 minutes to a rotary shaft, and providing a time read line inside a glass and time difference display points at the side where the glass is fitted.

CONSTITUTION: A dial A1 and a dial B2 are set on a rotary shaft 5, and a time read line 3 is formed on a glass. Moreover, time difference display points 4 are provided at a side 6 where the glass is fitted. Five graduations 7 are marked between one and next characters printed on the dial A1.
