Abstract:
To provide a technique for supporting a prompt and appropriate response in a crisis situation.SOLUTION: A dialogue control device includes: a dialogue control unit that controls a dialogue with an information processing device; and a storage unit that stores dialogue information associated with a presenting dialogue and a presentation condition for a role of an employee having the information processing device in a crisis situation. When the dialogue control unit acquires information related to an input operation of the employee having a certain role, the dialogue control unit presents a predetermined action instruction in the crisis situation to the employee having the predetermined role as the dialogue related to the presentation condition concerning the input operation in the dialogue information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
