To provide a interactive device capable of providing desired information to a user without performing conversation following a fixed procedure presented by the interactive device.
This interactive device acquires a user identifier in connection from the user. When task execution information including a task matching the user identifier and a slot value matching a slot is previously registered, search result information based on the task execution information is automatically acquired to be presented to a user without performing fixed conversation along a conversation scenario. In this way, problems of a conventional interactive device are solved though the conventional interactive device requires redundant and laborious work such as fixed conversation along the conversation scenario from the user for acquisition of desired search result information through a process of the conversation with the interactive device along the conversation scenario held by the interactive device.
