A personal information storage part 12 stores personal information including at least one feature value indicating a participant feature. A personal identification part 11 detects the presence of a participant to identify the detected participant. A feature value extraction part 13 retrieves the personal information on the participant identified by the personal identification part 11 from the personal information storage part 12, and extracts a given feature value from the retrieved personal information. An output part 14 outputs the feature value extracted by the feature value extraction part 13.
