This dialysis medical system 1 is provided with a seat part, a backrest part and wheels. The backrest part can be turned into a chair state where the backrest part becomes approximately perpendicular to the seat part and a bed state where it becomes an approximately horizontal along with the seat part. This system is also installed with a patient care vehicle 10 movable with the patient 2 put thereon and with a dialysis device 21. The patient care vehicle 10 with the patient 2 put thereon is carried to the side of the dialysis device 21, the backrest part is made into the bed state, and the patient undergoes the artificial dialysis by the dialysis device 21. This system is also provided with a dialysis conducting region 20, and after completing the artificial dialysis, the patient care vehicle 10 with the patient put thereon is moved from the side of the dialysis device 21.
