Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent abrasion of the side of a diamond blade and maintain the clearance between the side of a diamond segment tip and the side of a base plate.
CONSTITUTION: In a diamond blade 1 provided with diamond segment tips 2 on the outer circumference of a base plate 3, a metal spraying layer 4 is formed on the full side of the diamond segment tips 2 and the circumferential edge part of the side of the base plate 3. Hereby, abrasion of the side of the diamond blade can be prevented.
