Title:
COATER FOR MAGNET OF ROTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3224194
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cylindrical member and permanent magnets from being brought into slide contact with each other and coat a rotor with the permanent magnets to efficiently install the cylindrical member, by press-fitting projections for positioning the end face of a rotor into the insertion side end of the cylindrical member integrally with tabs, and forming projections that are protruded more outward than the tabs are.
SOLUTION: A rotor having a plurality of permanent magnets 26 on its circumference at specified angular intervals, is supported on a holding jig 36 and a mobile jig 32. Further, the tabs 48 of the holding jig 36 and the projections 42 of the mobile jig 32 are integrally press-fitted into the insertion side end of a cylindrical member 28 to increase the diameter of the insertion side end. The projections 42 formed on the mobile jig 32 having expanded parts 45 that are protruded more outward than the tabs 44 of the holding jig 36 are. Therefore, when the mobile jig 32 is inserted into the cylindrical member 28 together with the rotor and the permanent magnets 26, the expanded parts 45 formed on the projections 42 of the mobile jig 32 widens the inside diameter of the cylindrical member 28 further outward. This allows the permanent magnets 26 to be smoothly coated.
