Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diamond tool capable of reducing fine dust hazardous to the environment and a workman by maximizing efficiency of a diamond raw material and enhancing cutting speed in cutting or perforation of a material to be cut.
SOLUTION: The diamond tool includes a plurality of cutting tips 111 and 112 with diamond particles tabularly distributed in a monolayer or multiple layers. Diamond particle layers 111a, 111b and 111c are arranged so that, in cutting of the material 113 to be cut, cut grooves 113d and 113e formed on the material to be cut by a subsequent diamond layer is formed between cut grooves 111a, 111b and 111c formed on the material to be cut by a precedent diamond layer.
