Abstract:
PURPOSE: To manufacture a lense spherical surface working tool of high accuracy easily by a method wherein diamond sintered bodies, arranged concentrically, are made so as to have annular configurations in order to reduce the number of the diamond sintered bodies remarkably.
CONSTITUTION: The annular diamond sintered bodies 6, having several kinds of outer diameters, are bonded onto a spherical bonding tool 5 concentrically by an adhesive 7 to manufacture the lense spherical surface working tool of high accuracy. In this case, each diamond sintered bodies 6 are provided with grooves or notches 9 locally in order to improve the supply of grinding liquid or the removal of grinding powder.
