To solve the problem that replacing of a diaper gives a burden on a carer and it becomes a serious social problem though wide-spreading of a paper diaper etc. reduces labors and mental burdens since treatment of the discharge occurring everyday is accompanied by bad smell and the most troublesome in tasks the carer feels troublesome about a bedridden person to be cared such as caring about eating, taking a bath, discharging, and that the treatment of the discharge requires time for disposing of the used paper diaper away as an industrial waste, and costs for carrying and collecting or costs for disposing of it by a caring facility company.

A caring system consists of: a means for mounting a diaper with a discharging port to a person to be cared in a bedridden state using a dedicated bed and manually or automatically sorting excrement and urine, foaming, showering and drying to keep the skin around the private parts and the anus to be sanitary; and a method for treating the discharge temporarily housed in an odor prevention tube with washing water by making it flow directly to a sewer system by discharging washing water simultaneously with the start of drying inside of the diaper. The diaper is linked with an automatic controller incorporating a caring function dedicated to a method for discharge treatment.
