Abstract:
To provide a small-sized diaphragm compressor capable of effectively compressing fluid.SOLUTION: A diaphragm compressor 1 comprises: structures 10A and 10B comprising a diaphragm 11 and a substrate 13 partially separated from the diaphragm 11 and partially joined; a motor 22; and two or more pressing parts 21 that are connected to a rotational shaft 25 of the motor 22, and move in a moving direction intersecting an axial direction of the rotational shaft 25 as the rotating shaft 25 rotates. Between the respective two or more structures 10A and 10B, a buffer chamber 15 is arranged. The buffer chamber 15 is connected to a discharge port 17 of the one structure 10B of the two or more structures 10A and 10B, and connected to a suction port 16 of the other structure 10A. The pressing part 21 is connected to the sides of diaphragms 11A and 11B of the two or more structures 10A and 10B opposite to the substrate 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
