To make a rotor unit rotatable relative to a stator unit without using a bearing member or the like.
A diaphragm device according to the invention is provided with a diaphragm driving motor 6 having a stator unit 37 and a rotor unit 38. The stator unit 37 has a bobbin 41. The rotor unit 38 has a permanent magnet 51 and an operation member 52. The bobbin 41 integrally has a receiving space 44 provided with a bearing hole 45, and a movable arm 48 having a bearing hole 49 provided in its end portion. The operation member 52 has a housing frame 53 that houses the permanent magnet 51 and a pair of rotary shaft parts 54a, 54b. As the permanent magnet 51 is received in the receiving space 44, the movable arm 48 is pushed up by the rotary shaft part 54b to deform elastically, thereby allowing the rotary shaft part 54b to fit into the bering hole 49. Fitting the rotary shaft parts 54a and 54b respectively into the bearing holes 45 and 49 makes the rotor unit 38 rotatably supported by the stator unit 37.
