Abstract:
To provide a diaphragm device which is advantageous in terms of, for example, the circularity of an aperture opening over a wide range of opening degrees.SOLUTION: A diaphragm device (10) comprises: a first blade member (5) including a plurality of blades and forming a first aperture shape; a second blade member (6) including a plurality of blades and forming a second aperture shape different from the first aperture shape; a first cam member (4) in which a first cam (4b) is formed that guides the first blade member; and a second cam member (8) in which a second cam (8b) is formed that guides the second blade member. The first and second blade members are arranged at mutually different positions in the direction of the optical axis and have a first opening degree range in which an aperture opening is formed by one of the first and second aperture shapes and a second opening degree range in which the aperture opening is formed by both of the first and second aperture shapes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
