Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm filter plate having a good cake separation property and comprising a metal filter medium with a high strength by using a wedge wire as the filter medium and a directly extending the filter medium in a diaphragm.
SOLUTION: In a diaphragm filter plate 1 comprising a diaphragm 3 extended in the center part of a core plate 2 formed to have recessed faces, filtration beds 3b formed on the surface, a raw liquid supply channel 4 connected to the filtration beds 3 of the diaphragm 3, and a filtered liquid discharge hole 5 formed in the core plate 2; a wedge wire 8 is extended in the filtration beds 3b of the diaphragm 3 and a slit is formed in the up and down direction while the filtration face being formed in the slit side of the wedge wire 8 and the widened and opened wedge-like tip part of the wedge wire 8 is butted to the filtration beds 3b of the diaphragm 3 to easily separate the filtered liquid from the wedge wire 8 widened and opened toward the rear face.
