Abstract:
A membrane filter press comprises a membrane filter plate (1) having a base plate (3) with a thickened edge region (4), a membrane (6) made from an elastically deformable material and a filter cloth (7). The membrane has an annular bead (9) inserted into a groove (8) of the base plate. A sealing groove (29) embedded in the base plate opens into the groove and lies in the seal protrusion (30) molded to the annular bead.
