PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve pressure resistance and durability of a diaphragm of a solenoid control valve in which a force acting against a valve body under differential pressure is cancelled by a diaphragm.SOLUTION: A diaphragm 4 is constituted by a base cloth 4A and a rubber layer 4B. An inside part of an inner bead part 42 of the diaphragm 4 is provided with a driving shaft connection hole 42a passing through the driving shaft [a diaphragm fitting part]. A diameter φA' of the driving shaft connection hole 42a is such a diameter as one aligning with a diameter of the driving shaft that is an object to be attached. An inside part of the inner bead part 42 is provided with a thin-walled disc part 44. The central part of the disc part 44 is formed with a diameter expanding preliminary hole 44a. The diameter expanding preliminary hole 44a and the disc part 44 are pushed and expanded to form an extended part 44A [Figs.6[C] and [D]]. The extended part 44A is stored in a storing groove of the driving shaft. A relation among the diameter φA of the driving shaft, a diameter φB of the diameter expanding preliminary hole and an elongation percentage C of the base cloth 4A is defined as 0.7≤A/(B×C)≤3.0.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
