Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm measuring device capable of measuring vibration of a diaphragm without touching it regardless of the magnitude of amplitude of the vibration or the length of wavelength.SOLUTION: A diaphragm measuring device 1 for measuring vibration of a diaphragm 4 includes: a frame section 7 extending in a vertical direction; engaging sections 6, 11 and 17 extending from an upper end section and a lower end section of the frame section toward the diaphragm, and capable of engaging with a frame part 5 provided around the diaphragm; a pedestal 19 attached to the frame section in a direction orthogonal to the frame section; and a distance meter 32 provided on the pedestal, facing the diaphragm, for irradiating a measurement medium and measuring distance by receiving the measurement medium reflected by the diaphragm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
