Abstract:
To provide a diaphragm member formed as a diaphragm structure to which laser welding is applied for connecting a valve element and a center hole part of a diaphragm even when the diaphragm is as thin as a film while selecting a film-like PFA which can secure flexibility and longevity, as a forming material for the diaphragm which can minimize the emission of several nm dust, and utilizing an appropriate fluorine-contained resin valve element in consideration of easy assembly with another member, and to provide a diaphragm valve using the diaphragm member.SOLUTION: A diaphragm member 200 includes a film-like diaphragm 200a formed of the PFA, and a valve element 200c laser-welded to a center hole part of the diaphragm 200a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
