PURPOSE: To increase the two dimensional rigidity of oscillation, by using aluminum, magnesium or their alloy as the material for diaphragm plate.
CONSTITUTION: Aluminum boride fine crystal in scale shape, aluminum powder and additives such as suitable lubricant and adhesives are mixed. Next, this is flowed into a mold with a given shape and size, additives are evaporated with heating and pressing, at the same time, aluminum is molten or aluminum fine crystal in scale shape is enclosed with solid phase-solid phase reaction, and unification is made through coupling. The sintered body thus obtained is a composite material of two dimensional system of solid solution and further it is perforated with fine diameter air holes, thereby allowing greater internal loss and effective control element. Further, magnesium or magnesium-aluminum alloy can be used in place of aluminum.
