PURPOSE: To obtain the diaphragm plate for speaker which has high anti-shock performance and can obtain reproduced tone with fidelity for a long time, by coating and caulking the surface member consisting of boron aluminum composite material on the base plate made of perforated metal.
CONSTITUTION: Boron fiber is made by vapor deposit of boron to tungsten fiber, the boron fiber cut in short is arranged with one layer on aluminum foil, and aluminum foil is laminated on further it for laminated body. Further, the boron aluminum composite material is constituted by pressing and heating of the laminated body. On the other hand, the surface member 2 consisting of the said boron aluminum composite member is coated and caulked to both the sides of the diaphragm plate made of perforated metal in which the perforation rate of 98% is made through foaming process to the metal such as nickel, allowing to constitute the diaphragm plate for speaker.
