Abstract:
To provide a quick exhaust valve integrated type diaphragm pump capable of reducing pressure in an input side space after a pump is stopped without releasing the air in the input side space to ambient air, and capable of eliminating a loss of a flow rate and pressure.SOLUTION: The pump comprises a pump main body part 103 and a quick exhaust valve structure body 104. The quick exhaust valve structure body 104 comprises an input side space 152, and a sealed space 164 communicated with the input side space 152 via s concave groove 153 having such a shape that a flow path resistance is larger than a supply passage 151. The quick exhaust valve structure body 104 further comprises the concave groove 153, an output side space 162, a check valve 166, an exhaust passage 161, and a quick exhaust valve 171 having a valve body 172 for opening/closing an exhaust port 163. A capacity of the sealed space 164 is such a capacity that the pressure of the sealed space 164 is lower than that of the input side space 152 during a pump operation, the pressure of the sealed space 164 is equal to that of the input side space 152 after stopping the pump, and the pressure of the input side space 152 is not more than that of the output side space 162.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
