Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of members combined with a center plate and the number of seal spots.
SOLUTION: In a diaphragm pump with a pulsation damper, a center plate 10 is fitted in a recessed part for fit-in formed in a side cover 12 or a side body 11, and the left side of the side body 11 is brought into contact with the right sides of the side cover 12 and the center plate 10. A space consisting of the right side part of the side body 11 and the left side of the side plate 13 is partitioned into the pulsation damping chamber of a pulsation damper and an air chamber by a third diaphragm. The center plate 10 and the side body 11 are nipped between the side cover 12 and the side plate 13, and right and left pump chambers and a discharge port 41 are communicated with a pulsation damper.
