To reduce noise level in view of A characteristic as an index of noises, and in view of each frequency band.
A diaphragm pump of this type has a chamber 20 which absorbs noises by expanding air discharged from two discharge ports 16, 16 of a pump part. The chamber 20 is composed of multiple chambers which sequentially communicate with each other through air holes 19. Air discharged from the two discharge ports 16, 16 of the pump part is made to flow from two directions into a common upstream side chamber 10, collected together, and then sequentially fed to a downstream side chamber 12 downward.
