To properly maintain a clearance between an electromagnet and a vibrator, by preventing displacement of the vibrator in operation and stopping, by being used for replenishing oxygen, for example, in a domestic purification tank and a fish farming water tank or for inspection gas sampling for monitoring environmental pollution, in a diaphragm pump.
This diaphragm pump includes the electromagnets 2 and 2 arranged in a casing 1, the vibrator 4 having permanent magnets 3 and 3 arranged at a predetermined interval S between the electromagnets, diaphragms 5 and 5', pump casings 6 and 6' fixed to both ends of the casing, a suction chamber 9 having a suction valve 7 arranged in the pump casings in a suction port 8, a delivery chamber 12 having a delivery valve 10 in a delivery port 11 and a deviative vibration preventive means 13 in the vibrator. The deviative vibration preventive means is rotatably arranged via a bering member 14 or arranged so as to rotatably receive a shaft body 52 by a receiving member.
